Up to 1,000 LSS White Belt Certs
Candidates will develop a foundation of Lean Six Sigma so they understand the overall philosophy before diving into specific tools. The program includes the 8 Wastes, Standard Work, Just in Time and so much more. These courses are 100% online learning modules.
Up to 1,000 LSS Yellow Belt Certs
Candidates will acquire a set of easy-to-apply tools that do not require a more advanced project such as 5 Whys, Visual Management, and Spaghetti Diagrams. The courses are 100% online learning modules.
Up to 25 LSS Green Belt Certs
Candidates will learn a set of more advanced Lean, Six Sigma, and analytics tools that will be applied as part of a structured project such as DMAIC, Linear Regression, and SIPOC. Since many of our customers are now requiring all frontline supervisors to become Green Belt certified, we have also introduced courses to support leadership development such as Having Difficult Conversations. The courses are 100% online learning modules. This certification requires the completion of a project that satisfies our certification criteria.
Up to 5 LSS Black Belts
Candidates will learn more advanced project management and coaching tools that will empower them to accelerate local transformation such as Value Stream Mapping, Heijunka, and Total Productive Maintenance. We have also introduced leadership development courses such as Coaching for High Performance. The courses are 100% online learning modules. This certification requires the completion of a project that satisfies our certification criteria.
1 LSS Master Black Belt
Candidates will learn tools and techniques for leading enterprise-level transformation. They will learn tools to help connect company strategy with frontline execution such as Hoshin Kanri, Change Management, and Balanced Scorecard. We have also introduced courses to support leadership development such as Influencing Organizational Change. The courses are 100% online learning modules. This certification requires the completion of a project that satisfies our certification criteria.
Enterprise Admin access in Impruver University
Enroll your team members in one program after the other from White Belt all the way up to Master Black Belt as they complete certifications.
Track their course completion progress and follow-up to keep people on track.

Self-managed Program
In this program, you will have admin access to the various belt programs. Simply enroll your team members and allow them to take courses at their own pace. At the Green, Black, and Master Black Belt levels, they can submit their projects and become certified as long as the criteria are met.

In this program, Impruver will assign a coach to support your teams through the following:
